Please help. I have a client in Murrieta, CA that is trying to apply for a short sale with B of A and has been since March 2012. It is an FHA mortgage, so it occurs to me that we need a denial on a loan mod 1st… but the real issue is that the account is still with the BK dept, (even though the BK was discharged on 04-06-2012,) and we cannot make headway with an FHA “approval to participate.” We have sent the financials requested multiple times, and the owner/borrower has had B of A’s BK dept blocking access for all 3rd parties (like me…) so there is not much I can do to follow up. Anyhow, the owner/borrower is getting extremely exhausted and frustrated. Does anyone have an idea of how I can contact a representative @ B of A to have our request reviewed? Also, Is there a platform such as Equator that can be used to sub docs to B of A on an FHA mtg?
