    RoJane - For my past BB&T sales, the seller has made initial contact to get someone dedicated to his case. I've had great success with that method.

      This is a BK deal, so the seller is not available.  I have tried to reach BB & T so many times and it just give me an answering message.  Do you have ANY contact information from your transaction?
