I just want to thank you all for your comments and suggestions regarding Greentree specifically. I want to share I have approvals on both which came on the same day. The purchase price was accepted and Greentree originally was adamant about getting 25% of the loan value but settled at 15%. Yahoo! Your input gave me the tenacity to contine to push with Greentree and get this deal done, which has been a year in getting to this point. I have been in a short sales for 8 months with Greentree. Do you have any good suggestions to help close this? Anything you have to offer would be helpful.
