Out of Curiousity? How is everyone handling these forms? Up front as an MLS attachment? With an actual offer? When approval comes through? At closing? Based on the Lender? Some require to be Notorized? (just disregard because my company wont allow)

Just some thoughts?

  • I haven't been attaching them in the MLS.  I usually wait until approval comes through, but might go with what Bryant is saying..

  • I usually attach them right in the MLS. If it needs to be notarized they can do it after the seller has accepted the offer.
