Are we almost there yet?

I am a buyer waiting on a short sale and I am wondering what the estimated timeline would be after our agent enters the down payment % and potential closing date in Equator? Here is my timeline. * 2/5/2010-Offer submitted in Equator * 3/10/10- A BPO was sent out to be completed *3/31/10 - Agent re-enters down payment % and potential closing date. Thanks!

    We got a response back from our agent and she mentioned that the bank counter-back all the fees. What does that mean? She has received a worksheet and is also working on the 2nd lien as well. Also, the bank has an escrow date of June. Are we able to counter-back a sooner closing date?

    Nikki. According to Equator short sales entered into their system are taking on average 88 days from submission to closing. So based on that time line you should be close to getting an approval. Hang in there.
