We have a client who is in the military, unfortunately is going through a divorce andn wants to short sell his home. Are there any special HAFA programs which he could benefit from, his lender is Wells Fargo.

I sold a militay short sale in 1998 and it went pretty smooth. I would call Wells Fargo and they can tell you.
