I find it very hard to believe the range in appraisals on a single home. Just recently a home listed at 875,000.00 was appraised for 735,000.00 the buyers walked after that. Then the next buyers put in an offer that the client excepted at 850,000.00, next it's time for the appraiser to come in, as we are all on pins and needles. This time it appraises for 850,000.00 and closes shortly after. Just amazing!!!
