Hi there. I have had success moving applications along in banks by escalating issues to supervisors or even executive offices if I hit a road block at the case manager level. I am having huge frustration with PNC. The application requirements were completed on 4/11 - They say they have 30 from then to get an approval. They sent a decliine letter, but indicated that the application is still open because they have not heard back from the investor yet. Crazy - they sent a decline letter on a deal that is still pending! Anyways, nobody at PNC seems able to get information - or willing to make a call to the investor. Does anyone have a contact at PNC I can escalate this to - the deal is rotting on the vine...
Thanks!
Brian

Find out who the Investor is on the loan and speak to THEM, they are the actual decision maker for EVERY short sale.
If you email me I can go over how to do this if you are unfamiliar and also send you a copy of the QWR (Qualified Written Request) we use to find out this information.
