ACI and HSBC

Anyone have any experience with ACI Debt Collections?   I have approval on the first mortgage with Bank Of America but the second HSBC has turned the file over to ACI to collect the debt.  They intially asked for $13,349.26 but Bank of America will only allow $3000.

Any advice or contact info with ACI would be greatly appreciated.
