5 STAR Short Sale Certification

Does anyone have any insight about the 1 day certification class offered from 5 STAR?  They lead you with the opportunity to get leads directly from Fannie with their certification.  Would appreciate any feedback.  Class is being offered locally for me next week?  Is it worth the $300.00.  Thanks in advance for your comments...

      I did it when they first released it. Never got a thing but more emails about selling me more stuff.

    Mark,

    If you are talking about the class being held in Dallas for $299.00, that is the REO certification only! Not the BPO or short sale, etc.

      You are correct.  They cancelled the short sale class.  It is available online now.

    I am Five Star certified. I love DS News and love the company they have built and the events they have. However I have not received any leads from Fannie/Freddie nor did I expect to. I simply wanted to get more insight on the course and help support NAHREP which I'm a member and they offered a 3 day weekend with certification all together.

    I would be very careful with ANY company that claims you will get certain leads with their certification.
