Buck up! This bodes well for short sale specialists. Once the Lenders actually believe these stats, they will be more willing to take the cash and run on a Short Sale. That's how I'm looking at it anyway!

@Kimberly all this Foreclosure Halting and Shadow inventory news is making my Inventory Balllon of course at a cost of hard work but I never balked at working for my pay.
