This is the second file I am working on that has 1 mortgage and 2 HELOC's. The first one I didi all 3 were with Wells Fargo. This one has 3 different banks, Chase, Penny Mac and HSBC. Since HSBC is last I assume they will get nothing?

The 3rd almost guaranteed will require funds to be released. Hopefully they don't want too much or else contributions may be forced into play. Structure the deal for success.
