2nd party seller

I have a question. If the 2nd party seller is not responding & has been unresponsive for months how do I sell a property in risk of foreclosure? Any information would be greaty appreciated. New Jersey location of property.

Well, you probably don't have the time but you'd need to go to court. A Partition type suit (whatever they call it where you are) ask a local RE attorney, whereby a judge would grant a court order to sell the property. You'd have to show a diligent search for the other party, and their lack of response.

    Unless you can get them to Quit Claim their interest to you, or get them to execute the final sale, that's your only option.
