Is anyone else finding Chase is a NIGHTMARE lately. I have the WORST negotiator and this is the SECOND time I got her.
BPO came in at $125,000 and a 30 day value of $110,000. This property has had back to back auctions on it since it came to me. - I talked to the BPO agent who gave me the values.
We have a CASH offer for $110,000-and list price $119,000
They told me yesterday they want $119,000. I explained the cash offer is 88% of FMV and DEAD ON for a 30 day value. Nope, negotiator said it wasn't enough. When I started pushing her on the numbers, she got tongue tied.
I spoke to buyer who wont budge and I can try homeowners, but I highly doubt they will shell it out.
I left TWO messages for the person who is an executive analyst for the file. I also left a message for the trustee to try to get a contact at US BANK, NA who is the investor.
