Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( [email protected] ) for the full details.

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless

Stella.

Arisha, I am not an attorney, but rather work with Short Sales EVERY day. I am very familiar with the WF Affidavit.

(b) states there are NO agreements between buyer/seller to repurchase the property. IF at the time of signing the document, the agreement does not exist, the seller can sign. IF there is such an agreement (either verbal or written), simply rescind the agreement so your seller can sign.

I would have your seller talk to the attorney and then sign the Affidavit. Again, the line is about current/previous agreements, NOT something that could happen in the future. If the Seller wants to repurchase the property in the future, they have the right to do so. Chad
