My husband and I have a home in Lynn Haven, Florida which we have been trying to sell for over a year now, due to an overseas military PCS move. We have a VA guaranteed loan and have been baffled by our real estate agents' lack of knowledge about managing a VA short sale listing. Out of necessity I have become a very involved seller and have worked extensively to educate myself about the short sale process, especially as it pertains to a VA compromise sale.
