I am ordering new business cards and quite sure what everyone else is putting. SFR after name or written out?I want to do it right the first time around-Thanks!Continue

I represent the buyer on a short. 1st has written approval 2nd wants 6k and is getting 3k. Listing agent says that buyer is to bring in the other 3k. I thought the 2nd could only get 3k. Please advise-

Sounds like we have a similar situation w BofA. They seem to only respond to calls that are forwarded to the superiors. I’d call & e-mail up the food chain. I got a hold of a very “chatty” call center person that gave me the number and name a one of the “higher-ups” in the short sale group. Send me an e-mail and I’ll forward you the information. Remember, their call center is in Washington state and the other arms of the short sale group are spread between Brea, CA & TX.
Once I sent an e-mail to the person in question, I received and e-mail from the lead on my short sale… Funny how that worked considering I’d called the lead 4-days ago…
