Short Sale Department Numbers

I tried calling the number listed here for the SS dept... and it's incorrect. The correct number is #866-622-2657 ext. 44700. The correct fax number for them is #440-546-2201.

I tried calling this number and my file isn't even coming up...I did get the escalation extension 67463 - has anyone ever heard back from messages left here?

I just called and this is for 2nd mortgages...I was given 1.800.523.8654 for 1st.  This goes directly to Dianne Drysdale's vm and just leaving messages after messages.  If anyone has another contact/number I'd love to have it.

Cherilyn don't enter the account number that way you get to a person instead of directly into voicemail..  Just say you don't have it, over and over..  Same if they ask you for SSN then they will transfer you to a person.   Good luck
