We just closed one with them. I have to admit the lady I dealt with was clueless but it closed. They get 1% of the purchase price in fee to handle the sale. The offer has to be submitted online but the overall process wasn't too tedious. AND the 1% was additional; NOT out of our commissions. Good luck!

I have a short sale with Kazork now. They didn't tell me they were GMAC but they are working with GMAC with Fannie's permission to streamline short sales. I got an approval in 2 days and we're in escrow. Haven't dealt with everyone over there. Just one guy and he was very helpful.

I've got a USAA/FNMA  loan serviced by GMAC going through the Kazork process.  I know the Short Sale Addendum says the homeowner may be required to pay for an appraisal, but this is my first experience with the homeowner receiving a bill for the BPO. Is everyone experiencing this with Kazork?
