I JUST LISTED 3 PROPERTIES ALL WITH THE SAME SELLER AND ALL WITH WELLS FARGO.  HAS ANYBODY EVER DONE MORE THAN 1 PROPERTY THROUGH A BANK AT THE SAME TIME?  IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ALL OF THESE APPROVED THROUGH WELLS?  THANK YOU!!

I have negotiated short sales on multiple properties successfully and concurrently for the same owner but with different banks.  I suspect that as long as there is a true / real hardship there will not be an issue.

I would think the seller better be ready to pay some cash to close one or two of them.   The last investors ones I did with wells ,wanted some cash from the seller.
Yes, I've done it before. We had some trouble getting them all assigned to the same negotiator but it can be done and even with the same. They mixed up the files often though. Make sure you have it straight and keep them straight. Good luck!
I have 2 with Wells Fargo and both got approved.  Seller has to sign promissory note or bring cash to closing.
