Suntrust Supervisor E-mails?

OK, not sure where to begin....

 

Last spring I started a short sale with Suntrust. They messed up the package and somehow cancelled the short sale due to missing paperwork even though the negotiator had it via e-mail.

 

  • At that point I resubmitted the same buyer and the negotiator was assigned early in September.
  • I have followed up religiously since then and could never get an updateregarding the deal.
  • In November they escelated the deal with no response.
  • Since september they told me that Ikaya Parker was the negotiator. Of course it took me months to obtain her e-mail.
  • I started e-mailing her daily with no response until I started e-mailing her 4 times a day. She finally responded today stating that she was not the negotiator.
  • I called the short sale department at which time they admitted that Jerry Alan-Coverton was the negotiator the entire time.
  • I am not sure why this was not disclosed before and why I have not had any contact from her.
  • They also told me Steven Harris was her supervisor and I was allowed to leave him a voice mail.
  • My request today from all of you is for Steven Harris's e-mail and also an e-mail for a VP within the short sale division. An y help would be much appreciated....I am about to lose the poor buyers. They have been patioently waiting since Spring.

Jeni,

Steve Entwistle. He is (and should still be) the VP of Short Sales, or maybe even President. I have his phone and email at the office. I also have another fellow who has been very responsive and helpful when I email him to look into files for me. Look me up tomorrow!

Hey Jeff, Every email I find comes back has failed permanently. Do you have any others? Did they recently change their email structure?

Thanks for everyone's help! After I left a very scathing voice mail with the supervisor I received a short sale approval on my fax!!!!!!! Yeah! The numbers are perfect and the debt is satisfied. They never even called or e-mailed....they just sent the approval letter over. No questions asked. :-) I heart Short Sale Superstars!

It turned out Ikaya Parker was not the negotiator even though the customer service keprt telling me she was. I do however have her information....

Suntrust seems to not want to let us talk to supervisors at all so I really appreciate this info from everyone!!!!
