Negotiator won't discuss money via email but won't give me her #

I received this email from a SunTrust negotiator"


Good morning ,



 



I’m Stephanie  the negotiator for this file.  Unfortunately I don’t have a direct extension  you can contact me by email.  All I ask is that we don’t discuss  any monies over email. Will
you please provide a year to date   Profit and Loss State for XYZ (my seller's company).


Has anyone experienced this before?  If I can't discuss money via email, how the heck am I supposed to get her the P&L statement?  That's money.  Right?

its against suntrust policy to discuss anything regarding money via email.

What?  That is the dumbest thing ever!  Can not discuss money via email with a lender?  Suntrust gets the idiot of the decade award for that policy

That would be fine if I could talk to the SunTrust negotiator by phone, but her email indicates that I cannot reach her by phone. Does anyone in the group have a phone # for Stephanie Taylor at Sun Trust?

Sarah, go to jigsaw.com and search suntrust VP level and up and send an email to every single person, trust me you will get a response

[email protected] is her email. I never kept her phone #, sorry. I 100% agree with Jeff though. You need to escalate this file. I have escalated on every Suntrust file I have ever worked and had great success. Jigsaw.com is great website and has helped me on many files!
