I've heard the same thing but I haven't been able to find anyone who can confirm this.
i know one person, the person who told me about it, has 6 deals going with them like this. crazy.
I just sent in my authorization letter and was told all I need to send in is the Authorization letter, HUD1 and purchase contract. I asked about seller financial's and hardship letter and they said that they do not require that info anymore.

I have faxed the information to them. I was told it takes 7 - 10 days to be assigned a negotiator.

I'll keep you posted.
Yeah. I just got a counter offer on mine. I started it 2 weeks ago with only those docs and they did the BPO and assigned a negotiator immediately. I have to contest the BPO but that's OK! That was FAST. I LOVE IT

Just got off the phone, using the numbers above, thought I had died and gone to heaven! Listing agreement, Authorization, they are ordering the BPO today, will set the price for a 30-45 day close! Somebody slap me! I asked her to send me all her HFCC delinquencies in the area...

When the offer comes in : HUD, 2 bank statements, Last years W2's(or 1040's) paystubs. I already know the AM's telephone # and her name, I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Last week in a response to an online article relative to short sales and the length of closing time I laid out almost the exact same sequence of events to expedite short sales.

I just spoke with HSBC and the phone servicer confirmed that I only need to send in the listing agreement, the authorization, the purchase agreement and the HUD.

Neat!
