I'm going to be working with Citi Bank on a short sale in the enar future and wonderred if the restricked the amount of commission a broker can receive acting as an dual agent on the sale??

I am working on a dual agent sale with Wells Fargo. It is written into their Realtor Short Sale Guide that the max is 5%. I would imagine that every lender has their own guidelines.
It depends on the investor (owner of the loan). If it's Fannie Mae, they are supposed to pay 6% regardless.
4% from Citi for same agent. 5% for dual agency same broker
