Has anyone worked with SunWest Mortgage?

Have a lovely home on the market that's a short sale. So far the bank has called me weekly (go figure!). They are very detailed and I'm working with an elderly sick woman who is doing her best to provide what's needed to get it approved. Just turned in updated paperwork. Hope they approve it soon. Anyone worked with SunWest Mortgage?
