Does anyone know where I can download Loss Draft Funds Balance Letter from Ocwen Bank

I am not sure what you mean. They are asking for the Loss Draft Funds Balance Letter during the short sale process to insure that if the owner has an insurance claim that the funds will go to Ocwen and not the seller, There are no current claims on the property now.
