HI,

I HAVE AN ACTIVE MILITARY SELLER WHO IS CURRENT ON HIS MORTGAGE. HE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ALABAMA FOR THE PAST 2.5 YEARS & RENTED THE HOME UNTIL 2 MONTHS AGO. TENANT HAS MOVED.

HE HAS NOW RECEIVED A PCS (PERMANENT CHANGE OF SERVICE) TO GERMANY BEGINNING JANUARY 2016.

THE HOUSE IS ABOUT $50K UNDERWATER & HE CAN NOT AFFORD TO CONTINUE TO PAY THE MORTGAGE AND WANTS TO SHORT SELL.

ANY SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR ACTIVE MILITARY?

1ST LEIN IS OCWEN, 2ND LEIN IS CITI. (THIS IS NOT A VA LOAN)

It will depend on who the investor is, but it sounds like a valid hardship as he is facing imminent default and relocation. I'd submit it Ocwen for review.

PCS is usually hardship with the VA!
