Fannie Mae Junior Lien not worked in HomePath

Has anyone disputed a Fannie Mae junior lien valuation? Fannie Mae junior liens are not worked in HomePath. The file is with CitiMortgage. The senior lien is not short, so the incorrect value is coming from Fannie Mae junior lien, per the servicer. If you have any contacts or emails, please advise. Fannie Mae is confused about this. I've been on the phone with them multiple times.
