short sale with ocwen and need advice since sellers agent doesn't keep up with communication

Hi. I'm buying a home here in Vegas that is a short sale for my parents who are anxious to move so they can spend time with my newborn and so i can help them. The previous buyers back out and we put an offer for what the bank was asking which was accepted by the sellers on 7/28/14. My agent is doing the best he can to close the deal but the sellers agent seems to only get anything done when my agent pester him about it. Here is the response he sent to my agent.

Hi {REMOVED},

I just spoke to the bank. Man they are so stupid at times. They now want a copy of my license and then it goes to the investor. I have never been asked for this item... Sending it to them asap. Then 7-10 days for approval.

Just last week he told my agent that Ocwen had to do another BPO.

Does this make any sense or is the sellers agent wasting our time? Any other advice I can get to make this deal happen?

Thanks, What happens if it passes 60 days?

Google OCWEN Short sales and read about it first. One of the worst to deal with.
