waiting for final HUD-1 approval
The final HUD-1 has been submitted three days ago and haven't received anything from BOA yet. Does anybody know how long takes a closer negotiator to approve it? As a buyer, what can I do to help? I really wants to close the deal ASAP.

I'm interested as well, we signed yesterday and I was told BoA could take over a week. We have a COE date of 6/30, so hopefully it won't take over a week! Let me know what you find out and I'll do the same.

I believe it depends on your negotiator, but I would call customer service and find out the status so you know when you can expect to close.

When we had this problem we just called, and had the closing attorney call, BOA customer service relentlessly. In our situation we didn't know until the day of closing that the HUD had not been approved yet. We started calling right away. After a few messages the person in charge of approving the HUD got it approved fast after it had sat for days.
