Sorry, the term is Escalate not expedite.  Thank you

HI Sharon,

Am about to submit a SS Heloc (2nd ) with Chase. Can you give me the information where you sent your application packet. Is it a Short Sale appliacation?

Hi Esperanza,

This is a little delayed but the number I have for the HELOC Short Sale dept. is 877-836-3040.  You will probably have to fax in a completed short sale package, the fax is 602-680-1580.  They wouldn't use Equator or any email.  Be sure to include third party authorization and information such as the loan #, full name of borrowers, address, etc. and of course your contact info.   If you already have acceptance on the first send that proof also.  The more you provide up front the faster they will respond. I sent everything including hardship letter, tax returns, bank statements, paystubs and I put the loan # on every page that I faxed, a big headache but my files were so big I didn't want them to lose any pages.  When you are contacted from Chase you will need handy the loan #, address of property, borrowers full name and possibly social security number of borrower as well.  Took us 7 months from the time of the offer but of course we had 2 loans as short sale, maybe you will be able to move it through faster since you are only doing the SS on the HELOC.  Good luck, they put me through H--L!
