Must be a new strategy. I have the same thing happening on three different files right now. Very frustrating!
OCWEN did the same thing to me on one case after I had stopped the foreclosure auction 2 times. In a two week period they increased their value by $20K making it impossible to get a buyer to increase their offer as it was above market for the unit. We had 5 offers on the property all within their previous range which magically got increased by a new updated BPO. Could not stop the foreclosure the 3rd time and had to let it go. Very sad.
I think it has to be at 90%
