Sun Trust SS

Is is possible to submit SS Packet for Sun Trust online or do I have to fax it? I can't seem to find an online link for agents, even though customer service told me there was one.

try [email protected] - this was in the letter from Suntrust to my seller to email documents. Let me know if that works
