I am in the final stages of closing escrow.  I'm just waiting to sign the papers.  Everyone keeps giving me different or vague indications on how long this process should take.  BoA told the LA that they were ready to go, my UW is finalizing everything and I should be signing tomorrow or Monday, but then I've been told it could take 3-4 days for the bank to fund, and then the LA told me it could take a lot longer as BoA has to sign off on everything as well.  How long does it usually take after the seller and the buyer (me) sign doc's to close escrow and get the keys?  The LA has not really done any s/s's so I take what he says with a grain of salt.
