Anyone worked a deal with the servicer SPS?

Has anyone worked a deal with SPS?  And if so -- would you have any contact information to someone there - preferable the escalation department etc.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

I've done several deals with SPS and have had great success with the Ombudsman line.  If you go to the SPS group page on this site, the phone is listed there.

The ombudsman dept is the escalation dept. I do have several great contacts in this dept and in legal who have worked wonders. I would do an SPS short sale again in a heartbeat.
