I have a second with First Tennessee and just received the approval on Monday they are giving me a week to close by April 1st. When I went back to me negotiator and asked for the usual 30 days he is starting the file over asking for updated financial, paystubs and checking statements. My seller has had enough. Has anyone else run into this?

Tell the seller that this is the way some banks operate. We just need to do what they ask for and sellers should cooperate with listing agents otwerwise it may not be worth to work with this seller. If the terms of the approval are good, just tell the seller to do what they ask so that you can get paid at the closing. At the end it is easier to get last 2 pay stubs and bank statements than to complain about.... Just get them and send to the bank. I know it is a pain but becomes less painfull if we just do it.
