Need advise or referral. I have a Bank of America Cooperative Short Sale in progress since November 2012 . The B of A case manager sent message via Equator to request a postponement of the 3/15/13 scheduled foreclosure sale. The B of A foreclosure attorney filed the motion on behalf of B of A. The motion was granted and the sale postponed to 6/14/13. However the clerk of court proceeded with the sale.

What next?

In my state alabama I had the foreclosure rescinded. It took about 2 months

In MO, I had foreclosure rescinded, it took two months in one case and another 7 days. Have BA attorney file motion for recission. Also talk to foreclosure trustee and present them with a copy of the order staying the foreclosure.

If there is a contract signed. you probably need to contact B of A. You might also want to contact the clerk of court, and provide them a copy of the order postponing the sale. Don't forget, someone needs to let the Buyer know about all this as well.
