After multiple attempts over the past two weeks to get an extension because of tax transcripts not processed by IRS yet, this is the response we received. We were supposed to close by 6/1, not sure why she says Monday. No response to our request for an extension. I'm running out of ideas/energy etc. After 9 months of trying to buy this house I am completely approved pending tax transcripts, it looks like I"m losing my dream home. The appraisal came in at $10K under purchase price, I'm even willing to come up with the extra money for that, but I can't change the fact that they have not addressed our request for an extension.
Any ideas anyone?

Your HUD has already been approved. You were supposed to close Monday. We
cannot change the sales price.
