PNC escalation ??

This is a very strange situation. Received MI approval back in November, just after MI approval we have been countered by the investor. 2 days later buyer increased an offer to meet an investor counter price and net proceeds,

Counter was sent 11/29 and since then the file is being stuck, Negotiator sends request to the investor for an updates but no answers from the investor. It is so strange.

I would like to escalate the file but PNC says that short sale is being negotiated and negotiator is actively working on the file.

Any advise?

I want to let you know that i read your post last week and i made an account only to reply to you.

The exact same thing happened to one of my short sales just a month ago. The reason they are doing this to you is because you currently have an approval letter... There is absolutley no way to stop this but the investor will not counter back to you until the day after your approval letter expires ensuring that you buyer is required to come up on the price. Sorry!
