Hi,

I've had a file with SPS since September and the file is just stuck in limbo and I have been unsuccessful with escalating.  Does anyone have a good escalation contact at this company?  Thanks.

Did you ever get a good contact?  They are a nightmare.  I've been dealing with them since September, they've raised the price over $30,000, we've agreed and still not letter.  I'm so frustrated.

Thanks Patricia!  I finally received an approval letter and am scheduled to close tomorrow but this bank has been extremely frustrating and slow to deal with and you are correct they they only have a handful of negotiators as every time I call I speak to the same few people and always get the same runaround regarding the 30 to 45 "business" days for review...A nightmare to deal with and I still have that awful elevator music tune playing in my ears from all the time waiting on the phone!!!

I emailed Leslie a few days ago about the short sale that I'm working on and she replied back that she couldn't help me, it's not in her department and I'll have to continue working with the short sale department.  Maybe it just hasn't gotten to her in Loss Recovery yet? I'll keep her email handy for future reference, though.

Thanks for the info.

Thank you Patricia & Bibi - Good luck to all of us.

I need one also ---- Same issues !!!

I recently had a Bank Of America approval $100,000 agreed purchase price, $3,000 seller concessions and $6,500 in seller relocation assistance  Right before we would close Bank of America sells the loan to SPS. After weeks of awaiting a "transfer" SPS states they will not honor our original approval with BOA due to the letter expiring...After a few more months have passed SPS tells us that they will not accept our offer and it needs to be increased and we had to reduce the compensation to the 2nd also remove seller concessions and sellers relocation assistance. After doing so buyer then walks, we get a new buyer in offering CASH and now we are being told that we have to increase our offer to $115,000.00... The house is only worth $100,000 tops!!! Plus has flood damage... I need a supervisor, the customer service reps only read the notes from the system. I need to talk to the person who is writing the notes, please help!!
