PNC States they need 2nd lienholder approval letter to initiate the file?

Does anyone have any experience with PNC Bank? I have turned in a complete short sale package only to be told that they need the 2nd approval letter to even initiate the short sale...

Any input? thanks in advance!

Just closed one where PNC was the first and the second. Smooth and pretty quick: 30 Days, single point of contact, minimal mickey mouse.

This is good. Thanks for the input. Still waiting. I turned in a payoff for the 2nd and that seemed to suffice for the time being. Investor is Fannie Mae.
