We have a WF FHA SS; Foreclsure sale is Dec .10th  The financial package was submitted on 11/16. The homeowner had been working with them on a loan mod for months as the clock was ticking on the foreclosure sale. His CRM or single point of contact has assured him everything is ok and his home won't go to foreclosure.  The negotiator has requested postponment of the FS; however would not move forward with ordering the FHA appraisal until the postponment is granted.  Now with the sale only 10 days away...we are panicking.  PLEASE ANY ADVICE!
