VA Compromise with BOA - Is there anything to speed it along?

We are one month and one week into waiting on this VA compromise sale. It's such a simple file but we can NOT get them to look at it. They keep "sending requests" for it to be opened. The packet is complete and even updated with new financial info since we have rolled into another month. Any suggestions out there that might help? Thanks!
