Arms Length

I would like to list and short sell / negotiate my broker's personal home. Any problems regarding arms length and/or related issues?

Les - What lender is? Someone may have the latest affadavit for that lender, and let you know.

Les - you may want to confirm the type of loan(s) your seller has. Some short sale programs such as HAFA prohibit sellers who are licensed Realtors from listing with the same broker that they are licensed with. I believe this may be the same policy for Fannie and/or Freddie?
