Vanderbilt Mortgage - Anyone with experience with them on SS?

Just picked up a new short sale negotiation opportunity today. The servicer is Vanderbilt Mortgage in Tennessee. Does anyone have any tips or experience or both with them on short sales? Before I wade in I'd like to know how best to serve all parties on facilitating a close on this one. Thank you.
