I have been struggling with Greentree's self destructive rule of minimum 5% of sales price. They are causing their investors to lose money by giving up good money that is being offered to them.

As I sit here on hold with Greentree for 22 minutes so far, I finally can say something good about them: Their on-hold jazz music is terrific!

Please call Greentree short sale dept. at 877-567-3434 and crank up your speakerphone for a good time!

they definitely rock on the on hold music.....when you get tired of waiting, try calling their coporate office in Minnesota:
Green Tree Servicing LLC, Corporate
345 St. Peter Street
Suite 600
St. Paul, MN 55102
(651) 293-3400
and ask them who the operations manager is for the area in which your porperty is located. Get the contact information for this person and watch how quickly your short sale gets done.....GIDDYUP!!!!!

Daniel -- contact me at [email protected] have the guy for FLorida, that is where our last Greentree short sale was.
Any one got numbers for Nevada, Having the same problem with there 5% rule. They even said they would play with HAFA program, didn't have to do this for 90 days which is 7-5-10 The 1st said nothing more could be paid than the 3000.. and if we can't put it on the HUD then it's fraud ,so we lost the house?
They are driving more into foreclourse than any other lender
Anyone have any success on this? If so who did you talk to.. anyone know the CA Op manager?
Same situation 3K max GT wants $19,500

I called the corporate number and the operator refused to give me a phone number or a name.  All she was willing to do was put me through to that mystical department who I think is in Tempe, AZ, but their offices were closed........

On Facebook.
