Are you using OLD Equator or NEW Equator? I haven't had this problem as yet but maybe they are starting to limit space to get ready fo rthe big move.
I recently had this same issue and the negotiator requested that I send her an email via equator and add the file as an attachment to the email.
Duh!!!! This just might make too much sense..... thank you!
I had the same issue, I hope the new system will take care of it Az Help
Just send the file as an attachment to the massage. But you need to call them to let them know.
Try using a different browser too.
I was told to contact Equator tech support and they were able to allocate more space to my account.
Good idea, I'll try that again. Last time it happened a few months ago, EQ Tech Support told me BofA had to change my space allocation.
The warning has always been there - that you should be careful not to upload too much. I think it is a hoot that huge BofA can daily throw tons of cash down the tube with their delays and machinations and won't pay 10 cents more for more disk or do QC to save hundreds of hours of their poor SS reps dealing with badly worded forms, etc. Hmm. maybe you can get them to sign up with google for 5gb of free net-drive space.? ;-)
I MEAN really, short sale denied because BofA ran out of 20mb disk space? Geesh.. Maybe you can mail it to them on a flash drive? ;-)
Yes, in that case you have to tell them that you don't have any more space and then you send the attachments in your reply to their message.
