This is my first Wells Fargo short sale and their short sale affidavit requires Broker signature, which on my side (listing) is not a problem. Will Wells allow the Buyer's agent to sign, or does it have to be his broker?

Buyer's Agent signs it for the Broker of record, as they are representing the buyer and should be arm's length from seller.
