Does Wells have a twitter team like BofA_help?

I've called asking to escalate to management.

I've sent numerous emails to our negotiator and no response.

We were previously approved with Wells and then they said we had to start all over again with EQ...long story short here we are 4 weeks later and they are again asking us to upload offer docs when ALL docs are RIGHT THERE IN THE LIBRARY...I even took a screen shot.

I need advice as to next steps to move this file along...Buyer has hung in there for 4 months and now we are 4 weeks into EQ.

Thanks in advance,

Lydia

Wells removes all of the docs from Equator after you upload them - how are you seeing them ?  Are you sure you're in Equator for Wells ?

Thanks for the reply Thom.  Yes I am in EQ and seeing the docs in the library. I took a screen shot...the docs are there so I don't get it.

[email protected] is in some escalation dept. there. [email protected] has been listed has his backup of some sort (manager? cohort, etc?)

I found him initially unresponsive until I got someone else to give him a nudge. So, I can't say that you'll get something from him.  It also seemed in keeping with my findings of WF. I mentioned that I called and asked for my negotiator's manager and/or the reps supervisor and WF is the only place where the rep dared to say that neither has a supervisor.  Then last week I saw someone else say the same thing.  So, getting no response from WF "escalation" seemed to fit my expectation from them.  There definitely needs to be a better way - I don't have it.

[After the initial couple of pushes, Jim did get things on track for 1 file, failed on another. The important one seems to be -- slowly -- back on track - so it is positive at the moment.]

Thanks Joe.  I will try to see if one of those names works.

Just wondering Lydia if any of those names worked?

Wondering the same as Cat... In the exact same position as you Lydia...

Unfortunately I am not getting a response at all. I am sending out another round of emails today.

I haven't used them, but it appears Wells Fargo has a Twitter team: @Ask_WellsFargo

We tweeted and so they gave the same phone number of the worth less dept we were using and went back and told them that we are having no luck with that number. We used Lydia's e-mails... sorry but those didn't work either. So far they are still responding to us we are tweeting back and forth! I will keep you posted! Thank you!!!

I got some movement finally with wells. Just kept bombarding them with emails and telling them the buyer wasn't going to wait forever... I'm now out of review and they issued an offer task with exactly what our offer is so I think we'll be headed to the finish line soon.

Kathryn Rubio is a good contact for escalation
