How do I properly escalate a file with WF?  I sent requests to the 3 emails previously posted on here of higher ups.  Only 2 worked and 1 bounced back.  No one replied.  I have sent faxes to the main short sale number requesting escalation and nothing.

 

The valuation was completed 10/18 when it was assigned to a negotiator.  She is completely nonresponsive.  She asked for additional pay info on 10/26, and we provided it 10/27.  She will not acknowledge it.  She does not respond to emails, never picks up phone and doesn't return voicemails left by me or homeowner. I keep sending faxes with this info to the main fax number explaining this.  A few days ago she wrote out of the blue asking for the exact same thing she asked for and received on 10/27.  I wrote her back didn't she get my 3 emails asking if she received it and if she needed anything else??  No response. Refaxed it and re-mailed it the same day.

 

I have been sending the last 30 days of pay summaries now just every day to the fax number to her attention and she will not respond. 

What should my next step be?  Buyer's agent is pressing for a status and she refuses to answer me- even to say no change or she has everything she need.

I had the same issue with no responses from the negotiator.  I ended up calling the Presidential offices at WF and within 2 weeks I had an approval.  I would suggest calling them.

UPDATE - It turns out I did not have a negotiator assigned and was still in package review.  I sent a fax every other day to main short sale number requesting escalation - and within a week I was contacted by an escalation agent who has been incredible.  A few days later I have a responsive negotiator too.  My experience has been they heavily lagged with communication - not updating me, not picking up calls or returning voicemails and ignoring emails.  Once the escalator got involved everything moved fast.  I know it can be a slow process but having communication makes all the difference.  Really great turn around!
